Eastern Connecticut State University's Net Price Calculator was developed to assist families with early financial planning. This calculator will utilize the approved Federal Methodology to estimate an expected family contribution (EFC). The EFC is then used to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional need-based financial aid. The final results of this process will provide you with a comprehensive estimated package of merit and need based awards that you can use to evaluate Eastern's affordability for your family.

The Calculator will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.

Getting Organized

To assist in completing the calculator, it would be helpful for you to have the following items available:
  • Earnings statements (W2 forms, recent paycheck stubs)
  • Bank statements
  • Student merit information
    • High School Grade point average (GPA) on 4.0 scale
    • High School Rank in Class, if available
    • Standardized test scores if available (SAT/ACT)
If you don't have this information available, estimates are perfectly acceptable and recommended.

This calculator provides estimates based on current costs and packaging rules and assumes the student will be a first-time, full-time undergraduate. While Eastern welcomes applications from international and transfer students, this calculator will not provide accurate estimates for these applicants. Please visit our website at www.easternct.edu/admissions for more information. These estimates can and do change based on timing of students' applications, changes in family circumstances, availability of funds and regulatory changes on aid programs. The accuracy of the estimate is only as good as the quality of the information you provide. Future actual awards require that you are admitted to the University and are a full-time undergraduate domestic student who files the FAFSA by March 1.
